How do you handle a three year old throwing a tantrum on an airplane? One can only imagine what the crew would have done had the tantrum started mid-flight? Make a u-turn and return to the airport? Call the marshal and handcuff her until the plane landed? Also amazingly idiotic was the fact that once deplaned she could not be on another flight (by the same airline) for the next 24 hours because them are the rules. Some of the comments were also peculiar. Mike Gallagher, a radio talk show host, blamed the parents to the effect that they had spared the rod and spoiled the child.
